Filter Cage Surface smoothness is an important parameter affecting bag life, especially in fiberglass filter bags, as due to repeated action weaves tends to get each time it strikes sharp joints.

Mahavir Wire ensures that all horizontal rings are grinded to smooth to remove any weld burrs to the extent that it is difficult to identify the joint location on the ring.

We can ensure +0,-1mm diameter tolerance,+0,-2mm length tolerance and 10mm verticality tolerance.

We are manufacturing Cages in M S with GI Coating, Cata Coating, Powder Coating and also in  S S 304, S S 316, and wire thickness 3mm to 6mm thickness.

We are using graded wire of R I N L, TATA or JINDAL to make Cages of best quality. We are making  Cages of any length and any shape like Round, Oval, Hex corner, Envelop, Pocket type in M S, S S 304, S S 316L, with Venture and without Venture.
